Cerro San Luis Micromill is a family-operated farm and mill in Costa Rica's West Valley, run by siblings Alexander and Magali Delgado and their spouses. They grow multiple varieties including SL-28, Bourbon, Caturra, and Catuai across adjacent plots. Cherries are processed on-site using various methods—washed, honey, and natural. This white honey lot features minimal mucilage retention, delivering notes of apricot jam and red currant.
